Macaroon Mice! These little sweeties were inspired by the beautiful rows of hand made macaroons in fancy patisseries. I’ve made six of them, in different flavours. Pistache, Myrtille, Fraise-Rose, Abricot, Cerise and Menthe. Choose your favourite!

Abricot mouse is hand stitched in a soft hazelnut brown, short pile mohair fabric with a wool felt tummy, suedette paws, ears and tail, black glass eyes with wire back loops, a pink embroidered nose, and pure new wool stuffing. There are three complementary colours of silk satin ribbons around her neck (pink, apricot and lilac), with a tiny brass bell threaded on. The whiskers are made with precious iridescent thread.

I sew all my toys by hand, with a few seams completed on my vintage Bernina sewing machine. They are made with great care using traditional techniques. All my toys are finished with an individual sewn in tag authenticating each one as a genuine 'Little Toy Dog'. They come in a lidded kraft box with acid free tissue paper shown in the final photo.

My toys are not suitable for children under 14 years and are intended as collectable, heirloom pieces for older children and adults.
